TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Once your registration form has been processed, an invoice with bank details will be forwarded to you for payment.
Please ensure that all transfers make clear reference to the member that it is being paid for (name and surname), as well as your membership number (as indicated on your invoice). Proof of payment must be provided via email and is required for successful processing of the membership application.
Once payment is received, you will receive a welcome letter to activate membership.
The current membership fees will be applicable for the period August 2019 to 28 February 2021.
Membership will not be confirmed without payment.
Registration and Membership Fees are non-refundable.
Membership to ESOP (European Society of Oncology Pharmacists) will be automatic once your membership with SASOPh is confirmed.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide, for statistical reasons and to enable us to process membership applications and other transactions you may request, and to provide a service to our members.
We may use your information to inform you of updates and send you relevant news and information regarding the Society.
We do not sell or rent our membership lists to any third parties. To help provide our services, we may occasionally provide selected information to other vendors or companies that work on our behalf.
